Join me Friday June 23 on Hollywood Beach from 7:00 - 8:15 pm for an evening of self-care with Yin Yoga & Singing Bowls.

Melt into the slow & meditative practice of Yin illuminated by candlelight with the soundtrack of the ocean and sea breeze, then cap off the evening by settling into an extra long savasana with the soothing sound of singing bowls.

Suggested donation: $10. Donate by cash or Venmo at event.

Also Suggested: Bring your yoga mat or a beach towel to lay on. If possible, please bring an additional large towel to use as a prop.

**LOCATION OF CLASS & PARKING** Class will be held on the beach at Daffodil Terrace, however, parking is in the metered parking lot behind the Community Center at Bougainvillea Terr. Park at the metered lot at Bougainvillea Terr., then walk two blocks south and enter the beach at Daffodil Terr. for class.

IMPORTANT: There is no public parking at Daffodil Terrace. Please park at the public lot behind the Community Center to avoid being towed.

Also, this event is weather permitting and will be canceled in the event of inclement weather. In the event of a cancellation, I will announce via social media and email approx. 45 minutes prior to event start time, so check in before you leave to head over to the beach.
