Yoga Classes

Join me for a community Yoga class at TY Park on Sundays at 9 AM. All are welcome! (You have the option to join me live and online as well. See below to register to join me online.)

Just bring your mat (and maybe a towel or blanket to put underneath your mat), some water, and $3 to get in the park. Class will start promptly at 9 am.

This class is donation-based, and you’re welcome to contribute whatever feels comfortable for you—whether that’s a small amount, more, or simply your presence. The heart of this class is about sharing space, connecting, and moving together, so if donating isn’t an option, that’s completely okay!

**LOCATION IN PARK** We will meet in a shaded open area just past the tennis courts. Follow the road that points you toward pavilion 12, then park in the parking lot just across from the tennis court and walk the path until you pass the tennis courts and you'll see me there with my mat!

NOTE: My class is not affiliated with any yoga studio. If you are coming to join me for class, please see directions above for exact location, as there may be other classes going on at the park at the same time.

IMPORTANT: The in-person class is weather permitting, so class will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather. You are welcome to join me online for class in the event of inclement weather.

See you there!

  • "From the first breath we took at my first yoga class with Franchesca, I felt at home. She proceeded to lead us through an exploration of movement and breath that allowed each person to have an individual experience even though we were a group. I appreciate the accessibility for all levels and abilities in Franchesca’s classes - if you use props or need modifications in your practice, her classes can incorporate what you need in an accepting and open environment. I always feel safe, welcomed, and supported in Franchesca’s classes. She is an intuitive, thoughtful, mindful, and skilled instructor. I always learn something new about myself when I practice with Franchesca."
